Description
250 ft (76.2 m) of 14AWG 2-wire in-wall speaker cable from Electronic Master — the project-sized spool for a home theatre or a few rooms of whole-home audio, in a heavy gauge that suits longer runs.
- 14AWG, 2-wire — a heavy gauge keeps resistance low over long in-wall runs, so rear surrounds and distant zones keep their volume and clarity; one run carries one speaker
- In-wall rated jacket — made to be fished through walls and ceilings for clean, hidden speaker wiring
- 250 ft project length — enough for a typical home theatre’s five to seven speakers without buying a full 500 ft spool
- Electronic Master — an established Canadian distributor brand for custom-install audio/video cable
Choosing cable: 14AWG is the right step up from 16AWG when runs are long or the amplifier is powerful; a 2-wire cable carries one speaker per run, so a stereo pair needs two runs or a 4-conductor cable. Speakers and amplifiers are sold separately.
