Description
The Eyeonet CAM-IP6398W-28-4K-SI-AI is an 8MP (4K) dome camera for storefronts, lobbies, stairwells and parking levels where the housing has to take knocks and the picture has to stay sharp. Smart illumination runs infrared for covert night coverage and white light when colour detail matters, a wide 2.8mm lens covers the whole area from the ceiling corner, and the IK10 dome shrugs off tampering attempts.
- 4K clarity from a compact dome — 3840 × 2160 from a 1/2.8″ sensor, so faces and plates stay usable when you zoom into playback.
- Smart dual illumination — IR and white-light supplement lighting out to 20–30 m lets the camera keep night scenes detailed and switch to colour evidence when needed.
- Wide 101° view — the fixed 2.8mm lens covers a room, counter or bay corner with a single camera.
- True WDR for mixed light — 120dB true WDR with BLC/HLC balances bright doorways against dark interiors.
- Built-in microphone — hear the scene as well as see it; audio input is also provided for an external mic.
- Records your way — ONVIF for Eyeonet and third-party NVRs, H.265+/H.265 compression to save disk, plus local microSD recording up to 256GB.
- Vandal-proof and weatherproof — IK10 impact rating and IP67 sealing, powered by PoE or 12V DC.
Before you buy: a microSD card is not included. For continuous recording we recommend pairing this camera with an Eyeonet PoE NVR; it also works with third-party ONVIF NVRs and as a standalone app camera with a microSD card. Mounting brackets are sold separately — ask us and we will match the right Eyeonet junction box.
