Description
500 ft (152.4 m) of 16/2 direct-burial speaker cable in a pull box — a high 65-strand conductor count that stays flexible in the trench, for landscape speakers, patio zones and outbuilding audio you can bury directly, without conduit.
- 16AWG, 2 conductors — the standard gauge for most residential outdoor speaker runs, carrying one speaker per run
- High strand count (65 strands) — finer stranding keeps the cable flexible for pulls, bends and terminations, and resists fatigue where the run surfaces at each speaker
- Direct-burial, outdoor rated — made to go straight into the ground for garden, deck and poolside speaker zones
- Pull box format — feeds out smoothly and tangle-free while you trench, instead of fighting a loose coil
Choosing cable: 16AWG suits most home outdoor runs; for very long runs or high-power amplifiers, step up to a 14AWG burial cable. A 2-conductor cable carries one speaker per run — a stereo pair needs two runs or a 4-conductor cable. This pull box is sold for in-store pickup at our Markham store (see below). Speakers and amplifiers are sold separately.
