Hikvision IPC-T280HA-LU 8MP Dual-Light Turret – MD 2.0

Description

The Hikvision IPC-T280HA-LU is an 8MP dual-light turret camera for a home or business that wants 4K detail and night footage with colour in it. Its smart hybrid light runs infrared for discreet night viewing and brings in white light when an event occurs, so the clip you review shows a jacket’s colour, not just a grey shape — and Motion Detection 2.0 filters alerts to people and vehicles instead of every passing shadow.

• 8MP imaging — four times 1080p: zoom into playback for faces, plates and small details across a yard, parking area or shop floor
• Dual-light (smart hybrid light) night vision — IR for quiet monitoring, white light on event for full-colour evidence and a visible “you are being recorded” signal
• Motion Detection 2.0 with human and vehicle detection — alerts focus on people and vehicles, so your phone is not buzzing for rain, insects and headlights
• Two lens options, fields of view published — 2.8 mm for a wide H 113° / V 62° / D 134° view of a yard or storefront; 4 mm for a tighter H 90° / V 49° / D 108° view down a driveway or aisle (confirm which lens this listing ships — see below)
• H.265+ compression — Hikvision’s high-efficiency encoding stretches recorder storage further than standard H.265
• Built-in microphone — audio at the camera position alongside the video
• IP67 weatherproof turret — sealed for exposed outdoor mounting; aim it by hand and it holds its position

Before you order: the listing publishes both lens fields of view but does not say whether the stocked unit is the 2.8 mm or the 4 mm — tell us which you need when you order (or ask first) and we will confirm from the box. A recorder and Ethernet cable are sold separately.
